Changing Lives, One Pair at a Time

Do you have a pair of eyeglasses that are no longer being used? That pair of eyeglasses can change another person’s life. The Rutherford Lions Club collects used eyeglasses and delivers them to the NJ Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center where the eyeglasses are cleaned and sorted by prescription strength. The recycled glasses are distributed to people in need in developing countries, during Lion Sight mission trips, where they will have the greatest impact. You can drop off your usable eyewear in the collection boxes at the Rutherford Post Office, the 55 Kip Center, and ERA Justin Realty at 118 Jackson Avenue (during June & July).
