Public Schools are in session on Friday 5/25 & Tuesday 5/29

During the 2017-2018 school year, the district has used all allocated snow days plus one additional day. Therefore, the Board of Education has approved the following changes to the 2017-2018 School Calendar: School will be open for a one-session day on Friday, May 25 (the Friday before Memorial Day). To make up the other day, the Professional Development Day planned for Tuesday, May 29 has been cancelled and will be a normal day of school. Please note that at Union School and Rutherford High School, Friday, May 25 will be a “B” day, Tuesday, May 29 will be a “C” day, and Wednesday, May 30 will also be a “C” day in order to keep the calendar on track for the remainder of the school year.
