JWCR Chalk Drawing Contest

The Junior Woman’s Club of Rutherford’s 12th Annual Children’s Chalk Drawing Contest on Thursday, July 4, 2019 in Lincoln Park at 10:30am (immediately after the Baby Parade). Prizes will be awarded to winning artists. In the event of rain or wet ground, the event will be cancelled.
