Repair Café

Are you or is someone you know handy at fixing things?
The Rutherford Green Team is holding its second repair café on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Tamblyn Field Civic Center in Rutherford, and we’re looking for volunteer repairers. A repair café is a fun community event where neighbors help each other fix things that might otherwise be thrown out. So far, we have volunteers to fix bicycles, clothing, furniture, and small appliances and lamps. But we could use more volunteers, especially people who can fix costume jewelry, computers, small appliances, and lamps. We’re also open to people who might have other skills.
